The Legacy Award was established by IQ Sports Group to recognize the accomplishments of a student athlete who has demonstrated leadership potential, academic excellence, community service, and a commitment to continuing a legacy of building dreams and visions to help people. Nominations for The Legacy Award must come from a senior staff professional and must be supported by a five hundred-word essay highlighting the students' accomplishments. Only students in attendance at The 2010 National Student Athlete Leadership Conference are eligible to be considered.
