This program was designed to offer each client a personal trainer in a variety of sports, including football, track, basketball etc. IQ will focus on Strength, Speed, Agility, Explosiveness and Mental toughness.
However, the services we provide will be customized to each scholastic athlete need, after a complete academic and athletic assessment.
