Athletes and observers of sports often lose sight of the reality that only 1.6% of college athletes will get a job as a professional athlete. IQ Sports Group is working hard at helping each student athlete to achieve their dream of playing at the collegiate level, while at the same time competing in the classroom. Here are the Programs and services that we offer at IQ Sports Group.



IQ SPORTS GROUP

Our programs of support endorse a multiplicity of services to assist student athletes. These services are grouped into four main categories: Academic (advisement, tutorial assistance, and career counseling), Personal and Social (personal counseling and values clarification), Athletic (performance training, transferable skills), and Administrative (support services for staff).

Services/Programs

IQSG - Personal Player Development ( PPD)
Personal Player Development Adviser (PPD) We will work with and assist student athletes from the beginning at the recruitment stage. This individual is not to be confused with an academic adviser; the PPD professional has a very different and unique function regarding student athletes and coaches.

IQSG - Student Athlete’s Marketing Tool (E - Profiles) 
The Student Athlete’s  (E - PROFILE) marketing plan can assist  student athletes and coaches through the recruiting process. Regardless of the type of college sport, the process is the same - you have to get noticed to get recruited! That is where our services can play a very important role. The success of this process also depends upon realistic evaluation of your athlete’s ability, both in the classroom and in the sports arena.

IQSG - Student Navigator Program
Designed to work hand-in-hand with the student’s classroom teacher, and use the same course materials, textbooks, syllabi, etc. to create personalized tutoring services. IQSG will work with SIGI PLUS educational and career planning software which integrates self-assessment with in-depth and up-to-date career information that is easy to use and provides students with a realistic view of the best educational and career options for their future success.

IQSG - Athletic Services
Designed to help each student athlete maximize their full potential with performance training. Cross Training, Weight Training, and Position Training with a focus on speed, agility, and mental toughness.
