IQ SPORTS GROUP

The goal of IQ Sports is to provide resources to improve grade point averages, and to develop specific career action plans for student athletes. Our programs of support endorse a multiplicity of services to assist student athletes. These services are grouped into four main categories: Academic (advisement, tutorial assistance, and career counseling), Personal and Social (personal counseling and values clarification), Athletic (performance training, transferable skills), and Administrative (support services for staff). In most markets, these services are either not available at the individual level for student athletes or too expensive if obtained individually.

Services/Programs

IQSG Student Navigator Program: Is designed to work hand-in-hand with the student’s classroom teacher, and use the same course materials, textbooks, syllabi, etc. to create personalized tutoring services. IQSG will work with SIGI PLUS educational and career planning software which integrates self-assessment with in-depth and up-to-date career information that is easy to use and provides students with a realistic view of the best educational and career options for their future success.

IQSG Athletic Services: Are designed to help each student athlete maximize their full potential with performance training. Cross Training, Weight Training, and Position Training with a focus on speed, agility, and mental toughness.

IQEDU: Is designed to provide strategies to get teachers, guidance counselors, and administrators on the High School/Junior College level the appropriate support mechanisms inside the school to provide mentoring, tutoring, SAT preparation, and other academic and career support services. IQ Sports Group will document and provide data for each school/student that receives our support services.

IQ SEED: (Special Education Enrichment Development): Is designed to provide student athletes who have disabilities with the resources necessary to perform academically. IQ Sports will work with trained special education professionals to provide carefully designed and individualized programs for student athletes with learning disabilities.
